OPENING EVENT: SATURDAY, April 11, 5-8 PM

Pacific Sky Exhibitions is pleased to welcome Vincent Angel
’s Parker Venus Daylight with a written response, by Sommer Browning who’s poetry and cutting humor observes the world from a sweetly off-balance perspective. Sommer's text is presented in the exhibition as a take-away broadside. An opening reception was held on Saturday April 11 from 5-8pm and ran through May 16, 2015.

BIO
Sommer Browning writes poems, draws comics and tells jokes. She is the author of two collections of poetry, Backup Singers (Birds, LLC; 2014) and Either Way I’m Celebrating (Birds, LLC; 2011). Her latest work is The Circle Book, an artist book out with Cuneiform Press. She’s a member of the poets’ theater GASP and with Elisa Gabbert & derrick mund she curates The Leon Affair, a reading series in Denver where she works as a librarian.
